Showcase your cuisine and culture to tens of thousands of Central Floridians that might not know about you.
The Diversitastic! Dining Experience features a different country/culture each month (Jan – October*) filling your restaurant with culturally-curious Central Floridians. The host restaurant/food vendor, must be locally owned and authentically descended from the culture presented.
FusionFest provides a free video commercial that is sent to over 12,000 subscribers, sells tickets to the event and pays the host in one payment that is all inclusive. Most months see the experience sell out a few days before the event. The promotional footage is available to you for free.
The host restaurant provides an authentical multi-course meal, from appetizer to dessert, usually with a sampler of several items. FusionFest works with the restaurant to develop and present a program of music and/or dance, as well as cultural and chef presentations and maybe a fun culturally-specific game with prizes. We work to give Central Floridians a full “taste” of the culture and to provide you with some great advertising for your establishment. And we will be paying YOU!

Showcase your culture through performance or presentation to curious Central Floridians.
We’ll match your offering to the restaurant experience related to your culture.
FusionFest provides a free video commercial that is sent to over 12,000 subscribers, if you are able to provide footage or participate in the filming of that commercial. The promotional footage is available to you for free. FusionFest pays a stipend to performers.
