Ha’Ani Hogan is non-profit arts professional, community advocate, technology scholar, and artist. A strong believer in the importance of creative placemaking, she applies this concept to her professional and academic work. Hogan wears multiple hats when it comes to community engagement. She works full-time as the Development and Marketing Manager at the Downtown Arts District and is a part-time student in the University of Central Florida’s Texts & Technology PhD program. She spends her “spare time” sewing face masks for the volunteer organization, Orlando Face Mask Strong, and builds large-scale installations made of paper flowers.
