Attorney Scott Goldberg has been practicing law in Florida for 20 years. The Law Office of Scott M. Goldberg, PLLC is located near Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Goldberg’s practice includes Entertainment Law (Film, Television, Music, Authors, Artists, Models, Actor, etc.), Intellectual Property Law (copyrights, trademarks, and licensing), Business Law (company formation and structuring, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, etc.), Multimedia Law, and Internet Law. In addition to his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Goldberg also has a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property. For his film clients, Mr. Goldberg provides production legal services during development, pre-production, principal photography and post- production stages, as well as distribution legal services. Mr. Goldberg also counsels clients on business and financing structures for their entertainment and media companies, and on copyright and trademark issues concerning their film, television, and music projects. 

Some of Mr. Goldberg’s legal experience in the entertainment industry includes: legal representation for the highly successful independent film “The Blair Witch Project”, and the independent films “The First of May” (starring Julie Harris, Mickey Rooney and Joe DiMaggio), “Small Town Conspiracy” (starring Zen Gesner), “The Way Back Home” (starring Julie Harris and Ruby Dee), “Missing in America” (starring Danny Glover, Linda Hamilton and Ron Perlman), and the documentary film “Silver Wings and Civil Rights: The Fight to Fly” (a film about the Tuskegee Airmen). Mr. Goldberg has also recently worked as production legal counsel on the independent films: “Bernie The Dolphin” (starring Kevin Sorbo), “At The End Of The Day”, “Just About Famous” (a documentary film about celebrity tribute artists), “Old Fashioned” (released theatrically), “Legends of the Knight” (a documentary film about the inspiration of Batman), the television series “Game On” (shown on the Disney Channel throughout Europe), “Two Days”, “A Beautiful Belly”, “The Tenant” (starring Bill Cobbs and Michael Berryman), “The Whisper Home”, “Boys of Summer” (a documentary film about little league world series baseball), Murder RX”, “Soils of Evil” and “The Replaceables” (which are both currently in post-production).
