Showcase and sell your products to thousands of Central Floridians. Help attendees see and experience how wonderfully varied and interwoven we are, while browsing through the pleasing panoply of textures and tones from around the world.

Food & Drink Vendor

Sell the food of your heritage in tasting sizes for 1 Token ($3) or 2 Tokens ($6) or 3 Tokens $9.

 

YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • Listing on the website
  • Social media features
  • A 2′ x 3′ Menu Board with items, pictures and ingredients
  • Listing on the Master Menu Board
  • Touchless Token Collection Tube
  • Full payment at the end of the event

SALES

  • Sell the food of your heritage in tasting sizes for $3 or $6 or $9. You must have at least one item for $3. 
  • Sales are by Tokens provided by FusionFest. 1 Token = $3.
  • FusionFest will provide a menu board with photos of your food and a complete listing at the entrance.
  • Vendors will not accept cash or card payments at their booths. Reimbursement will occur at the end of each day or weekend.

SPACES & FEE

  • Vendor tent spaces are 10’ wide and 15’ deep.
  • The fee is $50 per space and $200 per food truck. You can request up to 2 spaces.
  • All Vendors need to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, power cords and setup tools.

  • Fee for Non-Profits and Cultural Associations is $50 (no merchandise sales)
  • Fee for Commercial Services is $200
